Bei der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema wird die Realit�t bestehender IT-Strukturen in Unternehmen oft vernachl�ssigt. So stellt sich die Frage, ob sich die Gesch�ftsprozesse eines Unternehmens �berhaupt f�r eine Cloud-Infrastruktur eignen, und ob sich dadurch Vorteile f�r die Unternehmung ableiten lassen.

About the Author

Matthias Lanzrath, B.Sc., wurde 1984 in Lom� / Togo geboren. Nach dem Abitur absolvierte er eine Ausbildung als IT-Systemintegrator und begann nach dem Ende seiner Ausbildung im Jahr 2008 ein berufsbegleitendes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Hochschule f�r Oekonomie und Management K�ln im Jahr 2009. Dies schloss er 2012 mit dem akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Science ab. Bereits w�hrend des Studiums ver�ffentlichte er als freier Autor mehrere Fachartikel zum Thema Virtualisierung und schrieb sein erstes Fachbuch zum Thema Desktopvirtualisierung mit VMware View im Jahr 2012. Die Themen Virtualisierung und Cloud Computing motivierten ihn, die Thematik im vorliegenden Buch zu behandeln. Er ist verheiratet, lebt und arbeitet in der N�he von K�ln.
