He is a keynote speaker and has authored and published numerous popular assessments including the Emotional Intelligence View 360, Manager View 360, StressScan and Innate Index personality inventory. He is a guest lecturer at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, serves on the editorial board of Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research, and is a member of Daniel Goleman's Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations.
