About the Author
Mark played key roles in restructuring several San Francisco Bay Area companies, which earned him the title of "turnaround expert" and led him to establish his own company. As president of The Mark David Corporation, Mark continues to coach managers in building high-performance teams. He is the author of several books, productivity tools, workshops, trainer guides, and sales software programs, and is known in corporate circles as "The Coach with the Real-World Approach."
To provide managers with the tools they need to improve employee performance, which, in turn, will increase their company's success and profit margin, Mark David has developed bottomlinecoaching.com, a central location where you can learn more about strategies for personal and professional development, and gather resources and tools to coach your team to their ultimate potential.
