About the Author
ROY PETER CLARK and DON FRY are both journalists and teachers at the Poynter Institute, a world-renowned journalism school that gives writing, reporting, and editing seminars to thousands of media professionals each year. Their collaboration began more than 30 years ago at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Together they have taken the lead in a national movement to improve newspaper writing, a movement that continues today.
