Coastal Rules: Coastal Beginnings Series Number 3

In Coastal Rules, Sally, a woman with a past she longs to forget, finally finds the courage to reveal her darkest secret to Casey. As she discloses the painful truth that she was not just a wife but a victim of her abusive ex-husband, she pleads with Casey to let the past remain buried. But Casey, driven by an unyielding sense of justice, can't simply turn a blind eye.

Teaming up with his trusted ally Rikki, Casey takes on a covert mission to ensure that Sally never has to fear her past again. Along the way, they uncover a complex tapestry of lies and half-truths, revealing that even Sally herself doesn't know the full extent of those secrets that have haunted her.

As Casey delves deeper into the mystery, he comes to the shocking realization that he never truly knew Sally as well as he thought he did. His suspicion grows after he uncovers Sally's hidden plans to betray him during a trip with their friend Dawn. Cindy and Rikki are going to pick up Rikki's new Hatteras yacht, bringing along Sally and Dawn. They set out from North Carolina on a journey up to Virginia's Eastern Shore and, along the way, discover what Sally has been planning.

Back at home in Virginia, Casey grapples with the possibility of facing life alone once more. Seeking solace in the vastness of the open water, he reflects on the old adage, "Be careful what you wish for; you just might get it."

As the story unfolds, it becomes evident that Sally isn't the only one harboring enigmatic truths. Coastal Rules is a gripping story of betrayal, loyalty, and the enduring power of friendship, where the waters of Chesapeake Bay hold not only hidden dangers but also the promise of new beginnings.
