The first complete edition of Cobbet's rural rides in three volumes containing hitherto uncollected material, inc many English 'Rides' never before reprinted, besides the TOURS IN SCOTLAND and the LETTERS FROM IRELAND. With numerous vignettes by John Nash and a map of Cobbet's county by A E Taylor (on eps). This edition was limited to 1,000 copies and this is no 177. Tissue covers still intact and slipcase. A near fine copy.
