The Code to Collaboration

Competition Isn’t Your Design. Collaboration Is.

And it’s the key to the future you were always meant to create.

Have you watched ideas slip away or seen someone else launch what you imagined?

In The Code to Collaboration, visionary entrepreneur and collaboration architect Chad T. Jenkins reveals a simple truth: You don’t need more hustle or harder work. You need the code to collaboration.

Decades of experience launching businesses and building SEEDSPARK’s global CoLAB movement has shown Chad that collaboration is more than a growth strategy—it’s humanity’s original operating system. The root of human survival, it’s the lens that will define today’s Idea Economy™. The Code to Collaboration will help you:

• Understand & apply the Collaboration Code Formula (V + C × R).
• Learn how to use The IC³ Method (Identify, Combine, Create) to turn sparks into exponential outcomes.
• Recognize friction, spot opportunities, and multiply your growth through others.

Using real-world examples of collaborations that have produced billion-dollar impact, The Collaboration Code will inspire you to stop competing, start combining, and embrace the exponential power of becoming more together.

The Code to Collaboration doesn’t offer something new. It unlocks what you already have and returns you to your authentic design. Chad wants to remind you that though competition is trained into us, collaboration is factory-installed.

Today’s the day. Break the code and create the future and the life you were destined for.

Chad T. Jenkins built more than fifty companies by doing one thing differently: turning overlooked friction in outdated, margin-compressed industries into collaborative leverage that reignites profit.Along the way, he discovered something most entrepreneurs feel but rarely name. Founders often have more opportunities than they can execute, while others have exactly the capability, capacity, or reach to bring those ideas to life. The problem is nothing connecting them. That realization changed everything.Chad defines an entrepreneur as someone who instinctively seeks leverage in all things. Today, he no longer builds companies. He builds collaborations.Through CoLAB by SEEDSPARK(R), entrepreneurs uncover their Collaboration Currency, their unique blend of Vision, Capability, and Reach. Inside CoLABhub with the CoLAB Exchange, they do what comes naturally: connect, combine, and create. It all started as a belief. Chad was told, like all of us, that he was made unique. What he realized is that uniqueness becomes truly powerful when combined. Through CoLABra, entrepreneurs bring their biggest ideas and are matched with the people and resources to activate them. No need to own everything. No need to build alone. For over 200 years, that's exactly what entrepreneurs have been told to do. He is changing that.
