The cover has beige leather with a red title block and black publisher's block. The back cover has darkened. The leather has sparse, small, scuffs. The text block ends have darkened. The first page is Resolution, so it assumed that the title page is missing. The index page for X-Z is missing. The first leaf and the last four leaves have document repair tape on the margins to fill in chips and stiffen wavy paper. An index page has a chipped corner. Soiling and crease lines are present but sparse on the interior pages. Half of an errata note, for entry 3463, is missing. Laid-in is a leaflet, titled Electors of President and Vice-President which lists a number of individuals as well as other candidates for State Offices including Josephus Hopwood for Governor.
