Questa XXVII edizione del Codice di Procedura Civile Esplicato � stata rivista ed aggiornata alla luce del D.Lgs. 31-10-2024, n. 164 (Correttivo alla riforma Cartabia del Processo civile, D.Lgs. 149/2022), che ha tenuto conto delle prime indicazioni provenienti dai giudici di primo grado e ha dato una definitiva preferenza alla digitalizzazione degli atti processuali. Ulteriori aggiornamenti riguardano l’intervento nel processo di espropriazione presso terzi (D.L. 19/2024, conv. in L. 56/2024), sempre nell’ottica della speditezza e digitalizzazione, e il cd. Correttivo alla mediazione e alla negoziazione (D.Lgs. 216/2024), che aggiorna il D.Lgs. 28/2010 e il D.L. 132/2014, conv. in L. 162/2014. Tali cambiamenti hanno comportato una profonda revisione del Codice Esplicato e anche alcune scelte, tra cui quella di esplicare solo il testo normativo aggiornato alla Riforma Cartabia e al Correttivo, ossia quello effettivamente applicabile dal 1� marzo 2023 nonostante che per le cause pendenti prima del 28 febbraio 2023 sia ancora applicabile il vecchio rito.
