Le Coeur en braille - version jeunes lecteurs

"The only handicap in life is a bad attitude." Scott Hamilton
Wonderful novel about friendship, differences, handicap and solidarity!
The story is about a boy, whose name is Victor, a very bad student that just tries his best to survive to a school year. Studying is not his cup of tea, that's the least we could say... He prefers spending time listening to the Rolling Stones, eating candies with his friend Haïçam, and talking mechanics with his funny father... But when Marie-José, an absolute genius, comes into his life one day of math control, his whole universe implodes... Why suddenly this first-class cellist talent would need him? A strange friendship will be born between these two teenagers that everything opposes... Will they be able to hide the secret of Maria Jose to the end? She is blind and with her friend, they will try to avoid the inevitable...
A beautiful story like the tales we need to read and hear, all of us, adults and younger ones...
