About the Author

Eva Cools earned a KU Leuven Masters degree in Pedagogical Sciences in 2000 and graduated as a doctor in Applied Economics at Ghent University in 2007. She currently works as a senior researcher in the People and Organization Department at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, Belgium.
