This is a hard book to find in any condition; that makes this copy even more attractive because it is AS NEW. Full leather, and issued as one of the 100 greatest masterpieces of American literature. A superb and substantial introductory essay by T. S. Eliot, which was originally written in 1934, makes it essential for collectors. A fitting tribute to the great poet, it comes complete with the original enclosures. Heirloom standard book productions like this will grace any library. It certainly does justice to this fabulous poet's work. Acid proof paper, so it will last for a thousand years, and elegant typography that does justice to the words. The full leather binding is in deepest navy, with gilt titling and raised bands on the spine. There is a silk marker bound in, the pages are gilt edged, the end papers are in dark blue moire. Stunning indeed, this includes the Notes From The Editors, which is separately printed as a chap book. 0.0 0.0 0.0.
