Pages remain bright, clean, & unmarked, save for 2 vertical darkened bands from colour of DJ on half-title and back page. Binding is still square and firm with no loose or missing pages. Paper DJ is clean, with a band of sunning on front and back (larger on front), plus wear to edges including a few ships & tears but is whole with no significant damage. Comes with brochure printed for a reading remembering the 30th anniversary of Lane's passing in Burnaby BC.
