June 1949 is the last printed copyright date for this copy. For such an old book, still in good shape, but with obvious, expected wear. Pages 29-30 in the Memoir section are wrinkled, but still legible. The remainder of the book is clean and unmarked, but a bit age tanned. The jacket has small nicks and tears around the edges, but is still holding together.
