The Collected Works of Aldous Huxley in 30 Volumes (+1 additional Volume)

Complete set of this second Collected Works Edition of Aldous Huxley. The first Collected Works were published from the 1940s onwards until the mid 1960s and did not include many of Huxley ´s later Works. The second (and last) edition of Huxley ´s Works was published from the late 1960s to the 1970s and is much more comprehensive and in larger size. This is the complete set of the second Collected Works Edition in 30 Volumes. Books are uniform with the very decorative dustwrappers by John Woodcock. There are the following exceptions: „Brave New World“ is the 1977 reprint, uniform in Binding and dustwrapper but in slightly smaller size. „Themes and Variations“ is in the binding and book size of the second collected Edition but has the dustwrapper of the first collected edition (as always). It is essentially a reprint of the first collected edition in the second collected edition binding. For some reason, the second collected edition did not include „Grey Eminence“. This volume is included here as a bonus volume from the first collected edition. A rather complicated story but typical for the publisher in the 1960s/70s. I have never seen a complete set before. Books and dustwrappers in very good condition, no previous owners markings.…
