Extensive collection of works on Pyramidology by Scottish engineer, David Davidson (1884-1956). Davidson began his career in the field seeking to disprove the prophetic arguments of Charles Piazzi Smyth using the revised measurements of Flinders Petrie. Instead, he ended up adopting his own units of measurement and reconciling them with both Petrie's numbers and Smyth's theories, becoming a proponent of British Israelism. Davidson would speak and publish numerous works on the belief system beginning in 1924 and continuing for the next couple decades, influencing the next generation of prophecy models.
