Text in English and Japanese. Light signs of use but overall a very interesting in very good condition. A fascinating insight into an Australian visitor's experiences during his visit to Japan for the 1970 World Exposition held in Osaka. Expo '70 was the first World Exposition held outside Euro-America and set new records in the number of participating countries and visitors. It was the fruit of long-standing aspirations to host an international exhibition that Japan had since the Meiji years and served as a celebration of Japan's post-war recovery.
