Measuring 7.5 x 11 in. [vii] + 263pp. / [viii] + 260pp. with decorative, floriated, and historiated initials throughout, and woodcut head and tail pieces. Pages bordered, with printed gloss throughout. Bound in three quarter calf over marbled paper boards, with ruled raised bands and black leather spine label stamped in gilt. Plain brown endpapers, all edges stained red. Moderate wear to the boards along the edges, previous owner's bookplates removed from the front pastedown, and 2 leaves repaired at the top corners, else a Very Good copy in a handsome binding.
