Text block edges heavily soiled, formerly gilt. Gilt dentelles still bright. Bookseller's emboss stamp to ffep. Soiling, foxing, and creasing to endpages, first and last few leaves, including title page. Previous owner's name in ink with date 1852 to front flyleaf. Rest of text mostly clean.
