Pencil inscriptions on front fly-leaf. Small section of title page torn out on bottom. 322 pages, including a list of other books printed by the publisher. From title page, "John Norris, Rector of Bemerton near Sarum." Also from title page, "The Fifth Edition, carefully Revised, Corrected, and Improved by the Authour".
