A Collection of early works by Thomas Paine bound as one and all published in 1817 by the English Radical political writer and publisher, William Thomas Sherwin (Paine's earliest biographer also). The group are bound in an early 19th century half calf with marbled paper boards, these rubbed, spine with a little loss and worn, two previous owner names on printed "William Henry Johnson" and a later (early 20th century) "R. W. Richards" inside front board. contents all very good or better. The titles of all 11 pamphlets are: (1).
