Collection of twenty-two documents relating to the Jackson family of Wyoming County, New York. Printed and handwritten text on beige paper. Various dates from 1874-1886. Documents measure between about 6 3/4" x 2 1/2" and 3" x 8 1/2" (folded documents). Each document is very clean and intact overall except for fold lines, slight wrinkling, light age toning, and the occasional small stain. Each document and the entire collection are Very Good. This collection of Jackson family papers consists of mortgages, bonds, and court documents. Many of the papers involve land sales or loans. The collection reflects the business dealings of Henry J. Jackson and William M. Jackson.
