Payment in advance by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. All orders are sent within one business day after the payment has been received.
Returns are always accepted when initiated within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. The customer is always refunded the item price plus original shipping, and if an item has been damaged, described incorrectly, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer is also refunded the return shipping.

Books are sent with PostNord or DHL. Tracking number is included in the shipment fee.
