Vol. I has an eighteen-page introduction followed by the following chapters: Chests, Chests of Drawers, Cupboards and Sideboards, Desks and Scrutories, Looking-Glasses. Vol. II has the following chapters: Chairs; Settees, Couches and Sofas; Tables; Bedsteads; and Clocks. The profuse illustrations add a great deal to this excellent reference. G. General wear and aging to cloth, edges, and page edging; some rips to cloth along spine. Mild to moderate foxing, mostly only on pages closest to covers.
