8vo (23.5x14.5cm), hardback, 268pp. Goodish condition. No dustwrapper. Half leather, burgundy with covered boards, gilt lettering to spine, marbled endpapers. Bookseller's label and previous owner's bookplate (F. Hobill Cole, M.D.) at front pastedown. General light wear, bumped, faded spine, corners a little rubbed and frayed, uncut, age-toned, some foxing, creased (repair?) to upper corner of title page with pencilled note, prelims and last pages browned, front hinge just starting to crack at lower edge, pp225/6 missing and replaced with laid in copies. A nice volume, notwithstanding its flaws. Pictures available on request.
