This book was born out of Shelli Johnson's want and need to heal herself. She wanted and needed a calming environment to write down her innermost thoughts to clarify who she wanted to become and what she most wanted from her life. So she simply created the journal she needed to use. Every day, she does her best to cut herself some slack and practice progress, not perfection.
