Softcover. Tan paper covers with black lettering. Covers worn and toned, with some overall creasing and minor edgewear. Top inch of spine missing. Binding still holding tightly. Small faint stamp on front reads "252." Former owner stamped their name at bottom of front cover. Cover and title page dated 1946. No copyright page. 392 pages. First blank page beginning to tear out in gutter. Black and white and color maps and diagrams throughout and in the text; foldout maps throughout. Pages uniformly toned but otherwise clean. Overall a good copy. Please email with questions or to request photos. Note: if there is a photo beside this listing, its a STOCK photo that ABE put there (for reasons that we cannot understand or control) and might not match this actual book.
