No publication date, likely printed in the 1940s when the population of Colorado Springs was around 40,000 as noted in the brochure. Promotional brochure on slightly glossy beige paper. Text and photos printed in sepia. Single sheet folded in half twice to create 8 panels. Measures approximately 3.5 x 6.25 inches when folded and 14 x 6.25 inches when open. Light wear along folds; mild scuffing and soiling to front panel. Includes three photos and a drawing. This brochure tries to attract new residents to Colorado Springs by extolling the weather ("an average of 310 days of sunshine annually") , the water quality, the business possibilities, the community amenities, and the outdoor recreation opportunities.
