This stand-alone workbook is filled with nearly 250 detailed line drawings designed for students to color code. It is a superb companion to any anatomy text. Also available to accompany the Coloring Atlas is a self-paced interactive software program for the Macintosh , keyed to the drawings in the atlas. The software is available to qualified instructors (who may then distribute it to their students) upon adoption of the Coloring Atlas, Second Edition.
Stephen Langjahr has taught anatomy and physiology for 25 years at Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, California. He has received recognition as Scholar in Residence at his institution and has been involved in the national Human Anatomy and Physiology Society since its inception in 1989.
Tailoring his courses to health careers, he has developed and introduced many alternative media for instruction, including custom video productions, computerized tutorials, printed study guides, and manuals. In 1985, together with Robert Brister, he published Coloring Atlas of Human Anatomy. Now in its second edition, the work has been revised and updated for Macintosh computers while reaffirming its value as an independent coloring atlas.
