Navy leatherette boards with gold lettering to the spine and gold-embossed motif of a machine gun on stand to the front cover panel. Sewn-in book mark. V/light erasure mark to top of decorative front end paper. The jacket shows a b&w photo of Douglas Francis Sterrett on the front panel, and a colour photo of Ronald Duncan McCracken on the back cover panel. The jacket has the normal flaps, but is also folded at top & bottom, so has suffered no chips or tears. There is some light marking to the jacket panels.
