This book focuses on the vast variety of colour patterns made between the beginning of the soft-paste Bristol Factory and 1783 when the Worcester Factory changed hands and the paste, glaze, and decoration of Worcester Porcelain was completely altered. Part 1 details the process, enameller, ground colours and borders, figure and landscape painting, facsimile reproduction of 1769 catalogue, 31 colour plates.
