In fair condition. Light wear to extremities with scuffing to edges and corners. Irregular diagonal drip staining to front covers. Modest soiling to surface of cloth. Gilt embossing bright and clean. Front gutter tender with light splitting. Bookplate of prominent Penn State University Architect Maurice Robert Des Marais on pastedown. Fingersoiling to first bottom corners of the margins throughout. Plate of moose has been torn out and is chipped. Binding shaken. Free of known markings. Please see photos.
