Hard cover published by authors in 1874. Green cloth covers with leather spine and corners, and gilt lettering on front. Both covers have embossed designs. Leather on upper corners is mostly gone, and spine is worn, torn, and split down part of edges. Covers have scuffing and edge wear. Corners of covers are bumped, worn and frayed, with cloth and leather missing. Covers are bowed some. Inside back cover has had water damage at one time. Bottom corners of pages in back of book are torn and missing, and many are creased and folded. Endpapers have significant foxing and spotting, and pages have some tanning. The foldout map of the railroads and post offices in Michigan has a tear along a crease. Maps appear to be intact. Book is in poor condition. 143 pages, 6.5 lb.; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 143 pages.
