Item description from seller

Brown leather spine with brown cloth boards. The pages are in good clean condition. There is a name and date (1901) printed on the front end paper. The back hinge is cracked through, so the cover is only attached by the front. There are a couple of small surface tears on the back cover. The spine is darkened, has lots of cracking and there are small portions missing from the ends.
