Hardbacks, contemporary calf, gilt decoration to spines. 48cm x 31cm. This is a wide margined copy. 2 volume set. Pp. [2], 618; 558. No frontispiece. The title pages and first leaf in vol. 1 cut down and mounted. Slight worming to margin of volume 2. Some cracking to hinges, bindings worn, lacking spine label to vol. 1. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedowns. A very heavy set (12kg), additional postage will be required for orders outside the UK. (under bs5a and bs132).
