With latter work's two volumes bound here as one, the works contain illustrations throughout by John Leech, with thirty colour plates and a great many vignettes. An attractive edition of this notable work of humour. In decorative half-calf binding with gilt detailing and paper-covered boards. Externally quite smart, there is wear to the extremities, joints and backstrip. Internally, the pages are firmly bound and are largely bright and clean throughout, aside from the odd spot. Very Good.
