There is some light soiling and edge scuffs and the spine is a bit darkened which is the only reason this book is not grade higher into the fine range. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight and clean. There's a few faint smudge marks on the end pages, but focus free and clear of any handwriting, no signatures, no library markings, nothing torn or loose. No publication date listed (1902).
