Orders are well-wrapped and dispatched in sturdy cardboard packaging and are sent by standard parcel post through Royal Mail or by courier.
All International Orders will be sent in secure packaging by Royal Mail Standard International post through Royal Mail or by courier.

If your order is not to your satisfaction or has not arrived, all buyers are eligible for a refund if initiated up to 30 days past the estimated delivery date.
