Volume has brown cloth covers and on the front cover it states "Business Efficiency". On the spine at the top it states Commercial Law Legal Forms and at the bottom it states Columbia Insitiute of Commerce. On the ffep there is a paste down bookplate that states Ex Libris J. W. Watkins. The first page of the table of contents is detached, and on page 163 of 467 pages there is a tear approximately 3'' by 1" at the worst spot. There is some separation just beginning near the back of the book. All in all, a serviceable 90+ year old book that is fully readable and if someone wants it as a collectable copy most of the things described could be repaired. Minimal age toning.
