Externally generally smart with marks, fading and staining to the boards, rubbing to the extremities, and lacking one of the corner pieces and the rear clasp. Hinges starting with rubbing to endpapers, and front free endpaper weak. Internally, binding starting to the front, otherwise firm. Pages age toned with marks, and light spotting, with chipping and closed tears to several pages. Very Good.
