It's Not Common Sense, It's Soft Sills

The purpose of the manual is fourfold. To provide educators with practical tips and recommendations on why, how, and when to integrate the PMD: It's Not Common Sense, It's Soft Skills curriculum material in the classroom to build essential behavioral and people skills that support personal, academic, and career success. To help educators lead meaningful reflection and follow-up discussions after activities or scenarios, this is critical for reinforcing learning outcomes and helping students internalize the skills. To expand on key concepts-communication, empathy, leadership, and adaptability by addressing common misconceptions and providing real-world applications across industries. To offer flexible strategies for adapting the curriculum content to meet the unique needs of various classroom settings, instructional formats, and student populations.
