About the Author

Mike Dahlmeier is the current Director of WorldWide Technical Training for CommVault. He joined CommVault in 1994 as a consultant with the Professional Services group until being asked to form the Technical Services Training group in 1999. He has authored numerous training courses and technical papers for CommVault including the previous version of the Common Technology Engine desk reference
