James is a UX Designer and experienced Agile practitioner. He loves to create exceptional products and can often be found complaining on Twitter about the frustrations that get in the way. In the last ten years he’s worked with agencies, enterprise codeshops and independent start-ups, always preaching the importance of designing for the user.
