Dr. P. Jaisridhar, is a Doctoral Degree holder in Agricultural Extension serving Tamil Nadu Agricultural University as an Assistant Professor in Agricultural Extension presently stationed at the Directorate of Extension Education, Coimbatore. With an extensive background, the author has previously worked at prestigious institutions including the Centre of Excellence in Millets, Tiruvannamalai, and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Virinjipuram, Vellore. His academic prowess is evident through his teaching portfolio, where he has conducted various courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, organized educational tours, and supervised thesis research. Additionally, Dr. Jaisridhar is a prolific author, having published books, contributed chapters, and presented papers at international and national conferences.

In the realm of research, Dr. Jaisridhar has made significant contributions, with several research papers published as the first author and leading externally funded schemes. M. Surudhi is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Extension and a Business Manager in Mettupalayam Agro-forestry Business Incubation Centre. She is an experienced and motivated extension professional with exceptional knowledge on extension teaching. From coaching and developing students and farmers to implementing operational procedures designed to optimize efficiency and productivity, she had excelled at directing students and the farming community, propelling the market through networking and paving the way for revenue growth, conducting Agro-industrial programmes and fastening market webs, leading operations, and processes to drive business and farmers service success. She had involved in farmer-ICT linkage and her contribution to this book adds yet another milestone to her career. She has published more than 10 research articles in reputed journal and 5 books to her name.
