Issued in House Document 68 by the Massachusetts State Legislature. The text is included with this map. Very good condition, printed on very thin paper, small separations at some fold junctions. Some highlights are hand colored. Shows the end of Cape Cod, including Provincetown and part of Truro. Little detail on land. Several uncolored coastal profiles along the top. This map is not to be confused with a much more common reduced version of this map with the same title. That map measures 37.5x74.3 cm. (14.75x29.25 inches), roughly 1/4 the overall size of this map.
