Comparing Notes is an overview Bible study for women experiencing trials and desiring to know where God is in the midst of them. Explore God's healing with author Alane Pearce as she shares how he helped her get through the deep emotional reality of losing her newborn son, nearly losing her life three times, and losing seven early pregnancies. Alane Pearce is a speaker and author with a heart for women who hurt from grief and loss through all kinds of trials. Her memoir, Notes from the Margins: Healing Conversations with God which will be published in 2009, chronicles the conversations she and God shared while Alane was suffering the loss of her first-born son and additional miscarriages. Those conversations, chronicled in the margins of her Bible, provided a path for healing and growth that she shares with women all over the nation. Comparing Notes is a Bible study companion piece to the forthcoming Notes from the Margins. Alane is a military spouse and resides in Colorado Springs with her wonderful husband, son and dog.
