This publication appears to be an offprint of that work as it is paginated 525-604. Scarce. In Fair+ Condition: wrapper is stained, with loss along the fore-edge of the front wrapper and spine; loss along lower corner of first 4 leaves, without loss of text, and soiling of same leaves; otherwise, clean and tight.
