Compassion for Pets

In this groundbreaking book on pet nutrition, Dr. R. Geoffrey Broderick, DVM, reveals the secret to keeping your pets disease-free and healthy for their whole lives. Over his 40-year career, Dr. Broderick has helped thousands of animals recover and heal from terrible diseases. Along the way he learned how the modern pet food industry is actually harming our animals. Generations ago, it wasn't uncommon for companion animals to live almost twice as long as they do today. Thanks to the rise of industrial pet foods, however, the life expectancy of most companion animals has fallen dramatically. The average cat or dog eating mass-produced food today is nutrient deficient and vulnerable to diseases including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and many others.

Doc Broderick has made it his mission in life to restore health to our animal companions. His feeding Paradigm is a step-by-step program for pet owners to give their companion animals optimal health, using food as medicine. Dr. Broderick is also the creator and founder of Cornucopia Pet Foods, a line of super-premium pet foods and nutritional supplements, and a practicing veterinarian.
