Compassionate Communication - 2nd Edition (Paperback)

Paperback. Take a moment to stop and listen to yourself, and those around you. You may find many are living in fear, anxiety, anger, and exhaustion. As a coping mechanism we have come to see life's issues in extremes: black or white, right or wrong, them versus us. We have turned inward to protect ourselves and our loved ones, no longer reaching out to see others through the eyes of compassion. As a Family Nurse Practitioner I have been using my retirement years to teach children and adults simple ways to bring equanimity, health and understanding into their lives through compassion. To quote the Dalai Lama, " Compassion is a not a luxury but a necessity." With this 2nd Edition of "Compassionate Communication" I am providing the simple tools to allow you to reverse these negative emotions. It is never too late to rekindle your inherent nature towards compassion. Thereby regaining joy, peace, and health into your life and those whom you love. This item is printed on demand.
