How could award-winning businesswoman and world-class athlete Elizabeth George have been so unsuccessful in her first two attempts at marriage? Consider her accomplishments: Selection as ""Top 40 Business Executive Under the Age of 40;"" Master's degree in HR Management; CEO of Prefix Solutions Inc.; Economic Development/Tourism consultant; University professor; Christian lay counselor; Mother of two fine daughters; World Champion in Crossbow; 5-time member of the U.S. International Shooting Team; and Recipient of the U.S. Government's Distinguished International Shooter Badge, its highest award for marksmanship. Yet she badly missed the mark when it came to love. Why? She failed in love because she fell in love with the wrong men for the wrong reasons. That discovery was the turning point in her life, the end of false choices that left her lonely, and the beginning of The Compatibility Code and her forever marriage to co-author Darren George.

Co-author Darren George's early marriage struggles drove him to research marital success and to a bright and internationally competitive resume: Ph.D., Psychology, UCLA with emphases in personality psychology, social psychology, and measurement and psychometrics; Chair, Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science; Canadian University College; Professor of Psychology, specializing in personality and social psychology, pre-marital counseling, and research methods; Author of SPSS for Windows, Step by Step, a 9th edition academic best seller, widely translated and distributed; Author of numerous psychological articles; U.S. Olympic Trials marathon finalist; and MVP of the 30 Km National Championship Team. Darren's research led to the creation of The Compatibility Code. At one point in their courtship he wrote to Elizabeth, ""I want to not only write the book with you, but to live the book with you...and bring hope to many.""
